By booking an appointment, receiving treatment, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not book or use the site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and is part of these terms.

Skin Bar OKC provides medical aesthetic, laser, and wellness services from our lounge at 3412 NW 178th St, Suite B, Edmond, OK. Treatments are performed or supervised by licensed clinicians. Every new treatment starts with a consultation, and our clinicians may decline or modify a treatment if they believe it is not safe or appropriate for you.

You must be at least 18 years old to receive treatment. We may ask for photo identification before your first appointment.

Safe treatment depends on accurate information. You agree to give us a complete and honest medical history, to tell us about medications, allergies, recent procedures, and any pregnancy or breastfeeding, and to let us know if anything changes between visits. Before treatment you will review and sign an informed consent form that explains the procedure, its expected results, and its risks. Please follow the pre and post-treatment instructions we give you, and reschedule if you have an active infection, cold sore, or other contagious condition in the treatment area.

Your appointment time is reserved for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice by calling (405) 265-6733 or through the booking platform. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged a cancellation fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten or reschedule your visit so the next client is not delayed.

Prices are quoted at your consultation and may change over time. Payment is due at the time of service and is processed through MyAestheticRecord, our booking and records platform. Some services may require a deposit when you book, which is applied to the cost of your treatment. Products and services are non-refundable once provided.

The Skin Bar membership is billed monthly at the price shown on our membership page and gives members 10% off injectables, laser treatments, skincare, and supplements. Full membership terms, including billing dates and how to cancel, are provided when you enroll. We may update membership pricing or benefits with notice to members.

Gift cards and prepaid treatment packages are non-refundable. Gift cards may be transferred to another person. Packages are for the named client and must be used within the period stated at purchase.

Optional financing is provided by Cherry Technologies, Inc. Plans, rates, and eligibility are determined by Cherry and subject to approval. Skin Bar OKC does not set or guarantee financing terms. See our financing page for details.

Aesthetic and wellness results vary from person to person and depend on your anatomy, health, and how closely you follow aftercare. We will always give you an honest picture of what a treatment can and cannot do, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome. Information on this website, including our journal, is general and educational. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation with a clinician.

Medical weight loss and other prescription therapies are available only after a clinical evaluation and where our provider determines you are an appropriate candidate.

We take before and after photographs as part of your clinical record so we can track your progress. These photographs are confidential. We will never use them in marketing, on our website, or on social media without your separate written permission, which you can decline or withdraw at any time.

The text, photographs, logo, and design of this website belong to Skin Bar OKC or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. Links to outside sites, such as our booking platform, Cherry, or Google Maps, are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.

To the fullest extent permitted by Oklahoma law, Skin Bar OKC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website or from delays, rescheduling, or cancellations. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we have under the law for the professional care we provide.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted here, and we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to book or receive treatment after a change means you accept the updated terms.
