Skin Bar OKC provides aesthetic and skincare services. All appointments are booked through our partner platform, MyAestheticRecord. By using our services, you acknowledge that you will also be subject to MyAestheticRecord's terms of service for booking and payment processing.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
We require 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through MyAestheticRecord. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified on our booking platform. Some services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
5. Health and Safety
You agree to:
- Provide accurate medical history and information
- Follow pre and post-treatment instructions
- Inform us of any changes in your health condition
- Reschedule if you have any contagious conditions
6. Liability
While we strive to provide the best possible service, results can vary by individual. We are not liable for any adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results that may occur despite proper treatment.
7. Gift Cards and Memberships
Gift cards and membership credits are non-refundable but are transferable. Membership benefits and terms are subject to change with notice to members.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
