• To process payments, memberships, and financing you have chosen to use.

When you book with us, our booking platform may send text messages to the number you provide for appointment confirmations, verification codes, and reminders. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on your appointments. You can stop these messages at any time by replying STOP, or ask us to update your contact preferences.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We treat the health information you share with us as confidential. Access is limited to the clinicians and staff involved in your care and the systems we use to keep your record. We do not use your health information for marketing, and we do not publish clinical photographs without your separate written permission.

A few outside companies help us run the practice. Each has its own privacy policy that applies when you use it.

• MyAestheticRecord handles online booking, clinical records, intake forms, and payments. When you book or pay, you are using their platform.
• Cherry provides optional financing. You apply directly with Cherry, and we do not receive your credit application or credit report.
• Plausible Analytics tells us how many people visit this website and which pages they read. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal information, and does not track you across other websites.

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps and may set Google cookies when it loads, subject to Google's privacy policy. The booking platform may use cookies that are necessary for it to work, such as keeping you signed in while you complete a booking.

We keep clinical records for as long as we are required to by Oklahoma law and professional standards, and contact information for as long as you remain a client or until you ask us to remove it. Website analytics are aggregated and are not tied to you.

Records and payments live in systems that encrypt data in transit and at rest, and staff access is limited to what their role requires. No system is perfectly secure, so if we ever learn of a breach that affects you, we will tell you and explain what we are doing about it.
